MTFCA Model T Museum Reopens! Rich Eagle Paintings Centerpiece of New Show Room!
We are very pleased that the Museum reopened this morning! After being closed 112 days (but who's counting!) it feels great! Kathy & David Tagert were our first visitors, so we are open for business!
Our intrepid volunteers have been hard at work in the past month to finish off the Show Room, Sales Office, Parts Department, and update the old bathroom. There are many new things to see, so we hope you will make a point to come visit this year.
At the current time, the number of people we can allow in the building is limited, so it is recommended that you phone ahead to make a reservation so you won't be disappointed. We are maintaining our regular Tuesday through Sunday open days at this time, but will close at 4pm to allow time for sanitization procedures. So hours are 10am to 4pm.
One of the most wonderful additions to the Museum and the focal point of the new Show Room is five original oil paintings by Rich Eagle. He recreated the five Model Ts featured in Ford's 1917 sales catalog. https://www.mtfca.com/books/1917-catalog/
We are so grateful to Rich for sharing his incredible talent with the Museum. It is a magnificent gift. Another reason to visit because you can't truly appreciate them except 'in person.' But here's a sneak preview!
Thank you, Rich, and we hope to see many of you soon!

Thank you for showing us Susan!
Man oh man. Rich, from here they look more like litho's than paintings. Thank you for your gifts.
That Runabout is just wonderful but I'm a bit partial.

Re: MTFCA Model T Museum Reopens! Rich Eagle Paintings Centerpiece of New Show Room!
I was honored and delighted to add a small part to all the phenomenal work of volunteers and staff on the new additions. The generosity and diligence is so much like the values of the Model T era. It must have been magical to be around the flurry of activity. Trying to find what might be appropriate for a salesman's office I couldn't think of anything better than adding some detail and some subtle color to the wonderful illustrations in the 1917 catalog. Imagine the excitement of the new look after nearly a decade of the brass radiator cars.
I hope to get there soon to see the new additions.
Rich

What a great visit to see the many updates and changes made - it keeps getting better and better. The Staff and Volunteers continue to amaze me with their ideas to invigorate the museum. And Rich Eagles paintings are simply beautiful - stunning - they accent the showroom just right. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful folks who care so much about the Club and members, the Museum, and the Universal Car - the Ford Model T.
