Somebody please make some good OCF 2019 videos

Post by thom » Mon Sep 02, 2019 8:13 am

I never did see any good, long videos of the OCF from 2018, at least not as good as years past. I hope there will be some good videos this year, not taken from in car, please. We would love to attend the event but it's a little too far from North Carolina. I love watching the videos on Youtube.

OK, I've seen one so far. Pretty good, the camera work was pretty shaky but a decent video. :D

Nothing special, but an "over"view. Click on the link below if you have 8 minutes to kill.

I shot a lot of video three years ago when I traveled modern, but not a lick last year or this. Post again next August to remind me. Maybe I'll have my act together enough to shoot some video along with the stills. I'm with you on long shots out the front window. That's usually pretty much of a snooze without some other shots to break it up.

People don't realize that the problem with in car videos is like being a sled dog.. the scenery doesn't change unless you're the lead dog.

My buddy Jeff made a great video of OCF. He has a site called Jeff Cook Wildman Adventures.. .
He is into everything from old cars to monster trucks. Dont be turned off by the intro and music. Its a very good video of OCF. His entire family gets involved with his son he makes you feel like your driving at OCF. I drove one of his cats my 1st year at OCF. He done a video on Buckley MI steam show also.

Jeff does a fantastic job with the videos! The only way that could have been better, were if he had included this stunning young man.
