Need HELP Wire Wheel Spindles

Post by Mustang1964s » Thu Sep 05, 2019 9:27 pm

HELP!
I am the in the process of swapping rear ends. I really hurt my ruckstell.
Long story short. I pick up an original '26-'27 rear end so I can go to the Texas T-party.
Well Now I need some original style rear hubs. See the pictures.
Any idea where I can pick up a set, or does anyone have a picture of what I am really looking for?
Any idea what they might be worth?

Please help I am running out of time.

You could get a set of floating hubs for wire wheels.

That is a front hub, not a rear hub. Rear hubs have brake drums on them.

That is a floating hub. You need a T wire wheel hub to use it. It also requires modification to the housing.

Steve,

I have plenty of spare hub sets. Let me know if I can help. As others have stated, you will have to cut some off of the tube after removing the Hyatt Bearing. Simple fix and those safety hubs work great.

All the Best,

Hank

Found a set of rear hubs.
They should be here on Monday.

I really thought I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot.
Thank you for all your help.
