Jeff, the first(rusty) one appears to be a '26-'27 hood. The second one(primered) one appears to be a repro hood for a '24-'25 high radiator. Dave

I think David is correct, however, the side panels are on backward. The louvers should be facing out.

I agree with the others. top is 26-27 and the bottom is repro 24-25. I would love to come and play "Clue" with you. but the commute would be a little rough .. :) Just keep posting the stuff here, we will all help figure it out .....

I think Langs has measurements on their hoods in the catalog. Can be confusing if sides are on wrong side. :D

Had to look twice but the lovers are indeed on backwards on the 24-25 high hood. The panels are in great shape. In the 24-25 hood pic it looks like the panel in the right corner of the pic is a low hood panel. Maybe!

This is great. Right down to the backwards side panels! It was a puzzle. There are just dozens of pieces everywhere and Im piecing them all together best I can. I did match the bottom one to my '21, so that wasn't too bad. This guy loved rust colored primer. Better than rust by itself I suppose!

Good eye. That's yet another set entirely. That's the one I matched to my '21.

Fellers, look again at the '24-'25 hood. The panels aren't on backwards, your looking at the shadows. The dimples for the hood hooks bear this out. ;) ;) Dave

Yep, never mind. I was thinking about them being on inside out, backwards didn't register. Yeah, I looked again. :? :? Dave

Jeff,

Just a suggestion to help us help you would be to include a yard stick/tape measure next to an item so we have a scale as a size reference.

Best of luck with your quest,
Dom
