Help correcting front angle pitch.

On my 12 front axle with a above axle wishbone was fine but for additional safety I installed a nother wishbone below the axle that is tied together with a off the shelf item bracket from Bill Bohlen. After everything finished, the front axle is straight up and down, not with a tilt towards back on top. The spindles are correct, the shackles are the same ones as before and the perch has not been turned around. Any ideas as to how to correct this problem? Frank

Frank if you could post a picture of the side profile and the mounting of the second one, it would really help to see what you are up against.

All the Best,

Frank, if the axle with the over-the-top wishbone was canted correctly, the fault may well be in the under-the -axle item. When you bolted it to the axle, was it somewhat below the mounting point at the rear? Pulling it up to mate it up will reduce the caster. The second wishbone should not be fitted under tension. It needs to be bent up so that it sits in its mounting point and all you have to do is tighten the fittings.

On a standard model T, the caster is set by bending the wishbone. The adjustment tool is a large bending bar which goes around the axle.
