John,

It looks like that tonneau is for lead counter weights to make the wheelie easy to produce. I love the extra springs on the front to ease the landings and probably start the next wheelie on the rebound.

I've heard the term "Clown Car" around here, but the pejorative "Shriner's Car" is much more common.

It looks to me like it is set up for a "cowboy" to ride on the hood. He (she?) would steer with the reins to the T bar and the cross bar on the front of the radiator would be operated with the pedals on the side of the hood to work the stock model T pedals. Adding a cowboy would require re-trimming with additional counter weight.

Those wheels are the best part! They belong on a nice car!!!

I would say it isn't safe for the street... no headlight bulbs!
