Fun Projects Website - Order Function Down
Today I ordered several parts from Lang's. They do a great job of supporting our hobby in my opinion. One electrical part I needed was on back order so I told them not to worry about it. I then tried to order the part on-line from Fun Projects. After searching for the part and ordering it, the website indicated an error when I went to pay. Fun Projects was recently sold to Birdhaven. So I called Birdhaven at 5 one five 67 four 3 nine 4 nine and was able to order the part over the phone. When I mentioned that the Fun Projects website malfunctioned, the young lady said she was aware of it and they had been working on it for some time.

Re: Fun Projects Website - Order Function Down
I'm not surprised that a website for a small business would have that problem. Sometimes I encounter the same thing on the websites of big outfits. If it's after hours I just wait until morning and order by phone.
The inevitable often happens.
