I am looking for ideas on how to clean a fuel line. Of course a 6 foot long pipe cleaner would be great but they don't make them that long. Looking for suggestions.

Take a thin wire long enough to pull thru and some sand paper. Cut a small piece of sand paper or maybe scotchbright. The sand paper needs to be small enough to fit inside the fuel line. Fold the wire over the sand paper and twist the wire tight with a drill or pliers. Then feed it thru the line several times. I use welder wire from my MIG welder.

You can also take 3 or more lengths of wire and twist the entire length together with a drill and then feed the whole thin in the fuel line and use the drill to spin the wire and push it back an fourth to knock any crud loose. Using some carb cleaner will help free things up.

If you have some galvnized steel cable it will work the same as the three wires twisted together.

Might almost be easier to just run a new line.

How dirty is the fuel line? Are you worried the line is actually rusted inside? If so, buy a new line at the local auto store and replace it.

Replace the line with new brake line.

How about a speedometer cable?

Get a some steel cable, fray one end and pull/push (scrub) it through one end to the other. Flush it out with gas. A new line may be quicker and cheaper though.
