Tim, whatever it fits, it is not a good design. Fine threads like that are more easily stripped when pressure is applied, and some T wheels require a good deal of pressure. A far better puller has a pinch bolt which allows the puller to be clamped down tightly on the threads once full thread engagement is reached.

That may not be a puller but a thread chaser, in case you bugger up the threads and want to fix them. Frank

You will find that type of puller in many different sizes for many different vehicles. I think I saw about a dozen at Hershey. Unfortunately most of them don't have the clamp bolt Allan described.
The inevitable often happens.
