Hershey weather
I'll make my own forecast: As we get closer to the actual date this will change.
Whatever the forecast, I'm bringing my straw hat and winter cap, my winter jammies and army blanket, and an umbrella.
The inevitable often happens.

Re: Hershey weather
I usually try to start the day with shorts and a T-shirt with a sweatshirt over it (and a hat to protect my balding head). A little chilly at first, but with all the walking and a little hot chocolate I can make it through the morning until it warms up, then I can peel off the sweatshirt and be comfortable in the afternoon.

Finding this hard to believe but if the weather man said so it must be true

Re: Hershey weather
I remember when the paved areas were not much of anywhere...
If it rained the week before, it was a sea of thick mud !! Talk about a workout
Y’all got it way too easy nowadays.

Re: Hershey weather
I remember back in the Blue Field fishing my neighbor’s Cadie trim out of the river that was our spaces. Never drove out on my own power till I got something with dual rear wheels. Boy those were the days. Dan

Re: Hershey weather
Used to be that you could find interesting parts peeking out from the dirt the year after a wet Hershey show. People left all kinds of stuff in the deep mud when they got out of there.

Re: Hershey weather
My wife and I plan on attending. It has been over 30 yrs. since I last attended. I remember the grass, mud and vendors getting stuck. Back then there was a lot of brass and early cars/parts for sale. Look forward to having fun.....will try and stay away from the so called "Model T Gods" as I'm there to have fun and enjoy the swap meet and R&M car auction. Look forward to not needing to clean the mud off my boots before getting back in the car and meeting new friends.
