Looking for recommendations for a Model T engine rebuilder. 1915 engine. In Oklahoma, we lost Herman Campbell several years ago and I don't know of anyone in the area that is recommended for rebuilding. Will consider shipping to any reputable shop. Please private message me any negative feedback. I don't want to start anything contraversial on the Forum. Thanks.

Lilliker antique auto restorations in College Station, Tx rebuilt a short block for my 24 Coupe. Good job and runs fine. He does whatever you want. He’s in the speciality parts supplier section on the MFTCA home page.

I’ll second both of those suggestions. I’ve dealt with both and am supremely happy with the experiences.

Mike Bender is not far from you and does first-class work. He does babbit work in the block and will align and balance all the engine and transmission components. He also installs Scat crankshafts if that's what you want. You won't be disappointed.

David;

Since you're so close, go see Mike (Bender) and see for yourself. His work is exceptional.

]If you want a world class rebuild , I would contact J and M Machine,Southborough Ma.

They have done three rebuilds for me and though they do everything from Dusenbergs and down , they have an absolute knowledge of Model Ts and what is correct for each year. Their shop has all the high end cutting edge equipment of a top tier machine shop. They don’t cut corners even if you ask them to.

They have done three early engines for me
