Fun projects coil box kit

Post by Dallas Landers » Sat Oct 19, 2019 10:48 pm

Ordered a FP coil box kit a couple months ago from Langs. Its on back order. I talked with them a week or so ago about another item on back order and have that now. Does anybody else carry these that may have them on the shelf for a 26? Not in any way complaining about Langs, if they had them I would have it. Im getting ready to install a rebuilt engine in the 26 this winter and other major work on it. Just trying to get my ducks in a row.

Try Birdhaven first. Bill is the new FP owner. If it's out of stock there, try all the usual suspects—Bob's, Chaffin's, etc. Somebody may have it in stock.
The inevitable often happens.

Snyders makes coil box replacement wood kits in a black plastic material. I’ve installed several, and run one myself. They work great.

Ditto on the above.

I’ll called FP directly for mine. They were out of stock when I called and said 4 weeks for delivery but they ended up shipping in less than two weeks.
