I believe this was sold last year from an estate auction, now back on the market cleaned up and presumably made to run again,

There have been several threads about this truck here in the past, but don't know how to post a link to the old forum, maybe someone else can fix that for me...
I think there even has been an article in the Vintage Ford about it, at least there was someone who did some research and foto's on it when it came out of storage for the sale last year.
Certainly is looking great now judging from the pics on the Mecum site !

It certainly looks weird with singles on the rear axle. The original photos/articles show it with duals. Two springs like the one shown, would certainly accommodate loads far heavier than single tyres would support.

Does the truck use a normal model t engine. ? Seems a lot to ask from a 20 hp motor

Allan -- I'm 90% sure that the original rear axle would take dual wheels. It looks like they only used the outer wheel. Note the fronts also have the off-set so they could be mounted as a dual wheels (assuming you had the proper lug bolts in place that were long enough.
Daniel -- it is based on the Fordson tractor engine, transmission, radiator etc. -- not the Model T engine & transmission.

I hope that whoever buys is does their homework first. There a just a few things that don't match up with the original. If you look, the radiator in the first photo is not the same as the later photos, the fenders look different and the A pillar does not look quite the same.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!
