Leak in Overflow Tube

Hi everyone,
I was cleaning my radiator today (1915 brass) and it suddenly developed a pretty substantial leak. Upon removing the radiator cap, a steady stream of drops started pouring out of the overflow tube at the bottom of the radiator. It is definitely coming from the tube and not anywhere else, since plugging the tube with a finger stops the leak completely. The fluid level is well below the tube under the radiator cap. I assume the tube has given out internally and developed a crack inside the radiator near the bottom of the top reservoir. Is this fixable? This is the original radiator and I would rather not replace it.
Thanks
