I'm having some challenges with my 27 project: I'm not sure if the windshield frames are distorted or if the top clamps are spaced incorrectly. Can anybody post the correct measurement/distance between the top of the sanctions where the top clamps go?

If your upper and lower swivel windshield frames are fitting nicely to the stanchions, and those stanchions are also fitted well to the cowl, the center-to-center distance from the round post fittings on each stanchion should be approx. 40".

The top clamps fit to the round posts on the stanchions, and those clamps are mounted to the front wood bow aligned for the bow to be positioned equal on each side of the windshield.
