This club drives around and eats too. The other club just beat us to the T shirt. I tell my friends that we are an eating club with a driving disorder.

So, who started the whole "Drive around and Eat Stuff" thing anyway?
Well, it was inspired by a 3 Stooges episode, "False Alarms". Curly's would-be girlfriend states, "Let's go places and eat things".

I thought that pretty well described Model T tours and the phrase was modified slightly to its current form and used within our chapter, (Casual T's). For one of my chapter tours, my good friend Mike Catlin had shirts made up for the event. "Jerry's Tour, All We Do is Drive Around and Eat Stuff". Those tour attendees wore the shirts at other T events and were asked where folks could buy one. Eventually, the MTFCI folks spotted the shirts and wanted to know if they could have permission to use the phrase, which I happily granted. Happy to see people having fun with the phrase.
