What's on the tires on the 2nd picture from the top?

Those are air cushioned solid rubber tires. The air cushion comes from the holes in the tires you see in the picture as black dots. No flat tires to fix was the marking they were sold by.

The Holmes Bread truck in the third picture may not be a Ford. Both the front and the rear axles are on two springs, all of the others are on the expected Ford single transverse spring, at least in front.

It looks T to me, just a spring kit of some sort fitted.
