This is a link to an article in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch today. I'm always a sucker for heartwarming stories.

There is a "brotherhood" amongst most post-active Marines like no
other branch. All my hires are vets, with a special emphasis on Marines.
When asked by recruiters and prospects, what kind of experience/skills
they need, the answer is "Just a big, fat mug of Oo-rah! I'll teach you
the rest." I hope the kid has the presence of mind to really understand
what he is indirectly a part of.
