Rear axle clam shell, for the drive shaft roller bearing housing holes. Use the tap to clean the holes for the studs or the later cap screws.

This only to find out if there is interest in making them. If there is enough interest I will see what the cost will be. I will let you know price before I make them so I will know if you want one. I will get back as soon as I know price. Thanks Dan

Mario
A tap for the petcock thread in the crankcase or radiator lower tank is a simple 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) -USA, 4-flute tap. In the US, a $3-6 common item, inexpensive.
Caution to not tap too deep at all, use care. This tap is taper thread, like modern pipe threads are, to allow a petcock to seat and seal. But Ford crankcase and old radiator petcock holes threads are just a tad different than modern, if you tap too hard, the taper threads can enlarge and the petcock might seep. Many old crankcase petcock holes have been compromised with modern taps.

Wouldn't that make the correct pipe tap a 1/8" x 27 NPS tap and not a NPT tap? NPT is tapered while NPS is straight threads. NPS taps are readily available.
I would be interested in a 13/32" X 16 tap also.

James,
We can't tell the supplier what they should sell it for. I think that if you can't afford the part, do without unless you can provide a better part for less. We need to turn this hobby from cheap to fair.

It doesn’t appear that James was suggesting what the price should be, but merely what he would be willing to pay. Since no indication of price had been mentioned, I think that his comment was appropriate.
Keep crankin’

The petcocks are pipe thread not straight thread. Sorry for thread drift.
