Definitely white tires on that Model T truck- in the bed and on the front the ground. Were the solid rubber tires like on the rear ever made out of white rubber too?

Maybe a 15 roadster with extended frame, chain drive and longitudinal rear springs...
I would assume the tires in the bed are wrapped with paper.
