This won't help in your present situation, but in future it would be good to keep a list of all your user ID's and passwords. I do that because I'm not smart enough to remember them all. A good password is unintelligible and complex, made up of random letters, digits, and characters, and I can't even remember the simple ones.

First what program are you running on your computer? For Firefox and maybe others you should be able to open your drop down menu,(look for the 3 horizontal bars) depending on your current update, there should be a key with logins and Passwords beside it. Click on that and it will show all your saved logins. Click and open the one for here. Password will show up as black dots, click on eye and it will show saved password. If you don's see the key and Logins in your menu, click on Options and open the Privacy & Security window, scroll down to saved logons and passwords and click on saved logins. There will be a prompt in that window to show saved passwords, click on that.

Mark, thanks for the Firefox tip. I didn't know that. Just tried it and it works. Will make things much easier in the future.
Steve, I tend to choose addresses where relatives or friends lived 20 or 30 years ago. That eliminates their being obvious (like a birthday), and they include an upper-case letter, some lower-case letters and a number. I add a special character (generally the same one) and I have a password that I can remember and that no one is likely to guess.
