Saw this on the local Craigslist. Guy only wants 80 bucks for it

For a wall hanger the price might be ok, otherwise, I see about maybe $40 worth of parts (spindle and wheel) and a lot of that depends on the condition of the wheel and I am not even sure about the spindle.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:
