Where can I buy this? Is there a vendor or supplier that sells this?

You can google street signs. Do you need it three dimensional? I do not think any Model T vendor carries these.

This looks like the source for the sign. They make custom signs with raised letters. If you look at the sign ends they appear to match your example (white tab with square hole).

Other companies sell cheaper signs, that are just a flat printed vinyl over aluminum. So be careful what you buy.
