Where to buy copper rings
Where can I buy a few sets of copper manifold crush rings in bulk. I'd like about three sets. I see the vendors sell the rings and glands in sets but I want the copper rings only. I am not interested in the type that are shaped to enter the manifold and block. Just the ordinary copper rings.

If they're out of stock at all the Model T parts dealers, here's another place to look:

You can get them from any auto parts store. They were used on VW's.

Re: Where to buy copper rings
I'd like to add something that may be useful. Aircraft spruce sells AN hardware meant for aircraft that may have applications on our Model T's. Cotter pins, copper gaskets, safety wire, etc. Of special interest are the bolts and nuts. They are fine thread such as is found in our T's and you can get them with heads or shanks drilled for safety wire or cotter pins. Castle nuts of high or low profile are also available. True, such bolts may not be "correct" for a T but sometimes there are applications where their special configurations might be just the ticket.

Re: Where to buy copper rings
Try contacting Lang's, sometimes they either have partial sets or are willing to break up a set to get you just the part(s) you need.
