any one know that place with a bunch of model Ts?
Okay, I spent the last hour trying to figure out where there are pictures of a car lot of Model Ts near San Diego California. The cars are all outside, but basically complete.
Who knows what I am talking about? I would love to rediscover the photos.

The owner( grumpy old man I was told ) drives every one of those cars on occasion but won’t sell you even a nut or bolt. The best cars are inside a building. Take a handkerchief to wipe away the drewel due to the amount of beautiful cars that you will see. It takes a full day to appreciate the whole place. Sorry, can’t spell worth a damn. Frank

Johnny is a very nice guy
I met him about 6 years ago while working for about a month at the Yuma proving grounds and wanting some break from the work. It was summertime and the chief in the maintenance building, "Red", who was an old car nut, heard I was a "T" guy and gave me Johnny Cloud's private phone # and suggested I call him. I left a message and waited for several weeks. Eventually thought I'd been dismissed, but lo and behold, I got a phone call. He had been out of town and asked what I was doing that day...Saturday. Thanking my lucky stars for being in the hotel room just as the phone rang, I jumped at the chance and he asked if I could meet him in 2 hours...you bet! Johnny was kind enough to come to the place which is typically closed in the summer, to give me a private tour. It was quite a treat, and very kind of him to go to the effort and time for me. He was the antithesis of "Grumpy", and I will be forever thankful for the opportunity to meet him and see his collection.

It's on my bucket list....hopefully before Johnny becomes acquainted with his bucket (many years from now I hope).
I wonder if he has a plan for all the wondrous things after he's gone.
