Seeking info on this Speedster

I bought this 26 Speedster a few weeks ago, I like to find out more about its origin and what exactly was done when building the engine.
Here’s what I know so far.
Some guy (the builder) who had a radiator shop near Kenmore Washington had collected the parts and built the car, it is believed that this took place in the eighties? Two years after he completed the car he passed away. It is further believed that two (non T guys) bought the car after it had sat for years in a garage from the estate of the builder. It was then consigned by someone named “Heronymous”and sold at an Auction held by the James G Murphy co; also of Kenmore Washington. The buyer at this auction was who I bought it from.
The Engine in this car has the following modifications that I am aware of at this time:
• Rajo head
• Modern distributor
• Pressurized oil system
• Model A Crankshaft.
• Stromberg 81 downdraft carb.
• external magneto.
Plus these:
• Dopped axel.
• rebuilt Ruckstell 2 speed rear end.(center shift).
• drum headlights.
• Hartford leather shocks.
• whippet radiator and shell.
• New elect 12v fuel pump.
• New fuel pressure regulator.
• all steel buffalo wire wheels.
• Rocky mt. brakes (lever operated).
• Speedway custom headers into 3” down pipe with glass pak.
• Battery disconnect.
• Manual choke
It is my contention that if you are going to go to all the expense of modifying the engine to the degree mentioned, that the builder probably did even more to that engine, cam? Balancing? What-ever? That’s what in trying to find out.
Anyway, if anyone recognizes this car or perhaps is familiar with the Kenmore Washington area (local T club) please contact me or offer your insight here.
Thanks
Rod
