Congratulations. I definitely know how it feels to get our T Ford back again. Aside from having a good car, it is also good to have the best professional automotive diagnostic scanner https://theeffectiveguide.com/best-obd2 ... c-scanner/. Why? because this type of diagnostic scan tool will able to identify almost all kinds of car problems and of course, more accurately than others. Don't waste your money and check their reviews about this.

Yes I think I am lucky, I have two boys and one daughter. My last boy accompanies me in the restoration of my two Model T Ford. He is the next generation and he likes the hobby. We need to interest young generation about preserved these beautiful cars and our history.

Very nice! It's great that the car starts so easily.
A couple of things I noticed:
1 Don't "spin" the crank when starting. http://dauntlessgeezer.com/DG101.html
2 Advance the timing (pull the lever down) after the car starts.

How do you know the history of the 1914? that only ran for 6 years and then it's been stored since then I have a 1915 commercial canopy pickup truck quarter ton that I know hasn't been ran in 70 years because I'm on paperwork the second owner the man that bought it gave it to his son on his 16th birthday I got it from him and he still alive he's 90 plus years old

I remember firing up my own '14 for the first time. My father in law was there with me; he passed away a short time later so I'm very thankful he got to share the moment and even got a few rides a bit later on.

Hi Steve,
Good advice about the way starting the engine. Usually I do not crank like that, I did because, I was so sure the car will not start... after several years. But the engine surprise me. For the timming Rod, I didn't placed yet the rod on the video... Now I did. Usually, I start only by pulling up on the left and never go over the top. I know a gentlemen who broke his arm, it' not fun and painful.

Excellent video! Thanks Mario!
Yes, when you get a chance we'd like to see a video about your '11 too.

Hey thank you for all nice comments received. Really appreciated. The video reached over 679 views, more than I expected. My son and I will work on the 1911 restauration video very soon. Also we continue the 1914 restauration video either. We try to make the hobby more accessible and fun for the young generation.
