No, not Hayesville. Hays is a different town (home of Bob Dole). Jerry is boss of the FB page Model T Ford Owners. I expect you can contact him there, or just enter Jerome Hoffman in FB search.

You can also search the 2018 (old) forum for Jerome Hoffman and you'll be able to get to his old profile.
