I found this front axle support on e bay. Has anyone had an experience with them, on their car.?

No, no experience with one. But a T doesn't need one, and unless you are planning a Joad family grapes of wrath hood and front fender loaded Okie emigration, it is not needed and will not improve ride or performance.
The stock model T front springs are adequate and give a very acceptable ride. An additional spring will not act as a shock absorber, it will act as another spring with a net sum gain of a stiffer front spring which will make the ride worse, not better.
In my opinion, it is not a practical or useful accessory.

You can read the mfg. pitch on that front axle support spring. Have seen some older T's with these, and photos of TT's with them, might have given some center support to prevent main leaf cracks, those occur at the center bolt hole of the leaf.


As for that intake manifold plates accessory, seems to me the fine mesh for providing heat from the block to the intake would compromise air flow to the pistons. Any restrictions wouldn't be helpful up there on the block.

That would be the least important place to put another spring. It would not keep the ends of the axle from bouncing, but might actually make the ride harder because your fulcrum will be right in the center. Hassler's would be a better choice, however I personally don't think either is necessary.
