What make ? Did it burn in Smith's Garage ? Poor Doc Gossle. New car, it says, a 1911 model then ? November, maybe a 1912 ? Earlier ?

Re: Old Photo- DR. Gossle's car after a fire
The first Chevrolet Royal Mails were 1914 models, according to the Kimes & Clark Standard Catalog. But this car has me buffaloed. It's left-hand drive, which is unusual that early, but it's neither a Ford nor a Brush. It looks somewhat like a REO, but I'm not convinced.

Re: Old Photo- DR. Gossle's car after a fire
What caught my eye is the fact that the car seems to be badly fire damaged and yet the gas tank is intact. Maybe the car itself wasn't the fire source but it was in a building that was burned.
