Great service from Snyder's

Several years ago I ordered a set of brass headlight forks for the brass lamps on my speedster. I finally got around to installing them last week and I found I had two right hand brackets. While I order most of my parts from Snyder's I could not find the invoice so they could have come from one of the other suppliers - I have had good luck from all but the one we all know about. Anyway, knowing that I could not prove where I bought them and also that it was some time ago, I emailed Don Snyder to see if I could buy a left side. He responded immediately and told me that early on, their shipper did not realize that there were lefts and rights, and said to send it in and he would replace it. I sent it in Saturday and Wednesday I received the fork and additional parts I ordered. Wow!

I continue to be amazed at this type of service. I did not expect a replacement part and 3 day turnaround is also spectactular. All for 100 year old autos!

I had similar service from Snyders.
I ordered a set of seat covers. All went well until I was covering the rear seat bottom, I just couldn’t get it to cover the width of the Springs. On closer inspection one of the covers was marked “rear” but the canvas marked “front”. Ahh I had found the problem !
I called Snyders, explained my problem and Don said tihey would send a new bottom and I should return the wrong one in the same package. The correct cover arrived Next DAY by overnite mail.
Outstanding service.

Nothing but praise for Snyder's. I've been using them as my sole provider and they never let me down. What surprised me was the shipping time....amazing. I can virtually count on getting my parts within two days flat!
