Was an older restoration when purchased. Rebuild with Ruckstell rear axle, Rocky Mountain brakes, new bands, engine reworked by "Lilleker Model T" in Texas, new seats and paint, new tires, new radiator, and have top irons if you want add the top. Everything fixed. I'm getting to old to drive and enjoy it. Asking $13,000 If you are interested or have any questions email my at chornbuckle@carolina.rr.com

It's a nice looking car. It must be a very late 1923 because it appears to have a high radiator, an apron under the radiator, and probably has a steel firewall. I am wondering what brand tires are on it.

“Is this car still for sale” sounds like it’s coming from a scammer.

Why? Because he's new?

"Is this car available" sounds even more like a scammer.

Mr. Burris is easily found on line, living exactly where he says in his profile and is the age of someone who would likely be looking for a Model T

Since you're so insistent on him being a scammer, why don't you give him a call and tell him exactly what you think? Or perhaps you would be doing him a favor if someone has stolen his identity...

yeah, I thought not.

why don't we all let Charles just sell his car in peace...I expect he's a big boy and can handle himself just fine.

Thanks Scott. I appreciate and respect your answer and comments. Also, there should be "no comments" allowed for items that are posted are the For Sale or Wanted forums. Classified postings that are on MAFCA, MARC, Jalopy Journal, Ford Barn, HCCA, Prewar Car, etc do not allow people to comment on either cars, parts, memorabilia, etc that are for sale or wanted. Comments are not fair to the sellers.

Bot or Scam Alert

For the benefit of those offering cars for sale here on the MTFCA Forum;
From Facebook Marketplace:

"Bot or Scam Alert:
Many replies to posts are from bots or scammers looking to collect information or phish for details.
A "Is this still available?" message is typically a default button-generated by a bot, automatic tactic to get a seller to engage with a scammer, and in many cases is not coming from a serious buyer. If you choose to reply to "Is this still available" it's best for the seller to ask specific questions that will test the buyer's/scammer's knowledge about the item for sale or ask for their location or when they can pick it up. This approach can gauge their seriousness. As a rule of thumb, when a legitimate person replies to a post they will respond with more than simply "Is this still available?"" and rarely does this vague reply result in a sale.

The above is a general Alert and not aimed at any specific Club Member.

Terry, the original ad is dated December 9, 2023. While not certain, it's likely the car has been sold.

Hello is this car available
Terry,

Instead of asking on the Forum, it may be best to contact the owner directly and personally, if you have not already done so. If the car has not sold by now, I'm sure the owner is no longer visiting this 2-year-old ad, looking for prospective buyers.
