My name is Dave and my father Ken is a huge Model T fan and has been his entire life. He has a 1913 touring car that he has owned for 65 years and is now 87 years old. Unfortunately he has sever dementia and is no longer able to enjoy his prize possession. The car is in all original condition and has been in a garage for the life of the vehicle. It has not been driven for the past 15 or so years. It is in excellent condition and I would love it if someone would enjoy it as much as he did. I am selling it to help pay for some of his care. Thats a lovely original car Dave, I can see why your Dad loved it. It is a 1914 model identited by the doors that have rounded lower corners and dont go all the way down to the splash aprons. By the look of the front fenders and the lack of a speedo it was likely built in the later moths of 1913. Best regards, Bill

Dave...When selling a Model T it always helps to post the VIN number and casting date of the engine. Both of those numbers are on the drivers side of the engine. You can learn a lot about a car from that information.

Also...the year on the title was often based on the year the car was first sold. My 1914 was first sold in November of 1913 so it says 1913 on the title and it has a 1914 body like this one.

David, I am assuming this car is in California? In addition to Bryans' good advice I would add that some pics of the rear end and taillight are also very helpful to your prospective buyers. Thanks for posting this T here. I really like these original 13-14 transition cars.

Thanks for all your good advice, I really appreciate it. I checked the engine and the two numbers were 360667 on a brass backing and the other was on the engine block 102213. There was also a 14 stamped on the engine block.
