Alot of car for the money, I have seen a lot of rat rods that were put together with junk parts built in a couple weekends bring that much.

Bob, Is that 1914 the one Einare Granes's restored in mid 1950s? If it is, it is a great Model T. The number on the license was issued in late 1953 or early 1954. It has had several owners since. It has always been kept well. Eric Johnson would know the first owner with that plate.

Not Einar's car.

I looked up the Pioneer plate and sent the info to Bob a while ago.

I asked my father if he new the owner and/or was familiar with the car and he said he doesn't recall either.

Assuming the car was sold new in Minnesota, it is possible to look up the original owner via the motor vehicle registration ledgers at the Minnesota Historical Society.

Is it in original configuration? Meaning no add-ons like starter, fuel pump, water pump, or distributor? If it hasn’t been modified with any of those, I’m interested. Also does it run on magneto?
Thanks

Not being picky nor splitting hairs but I think Bob meant Tru-Fire!! Regardless, its a good ignition system. Had two of 'em before and they ran great. Just sayin.
