This beautiful 1915 is from the estate of a long time MTFCA member who recently passed away. His children are selling it. He restored a number of T's in his lifetime and this was his favorite.
The car is fully restored with enhancements that make it ready to tackle the toughest roads. This T has a two-speed Ruckstell differential with Rocky Mountain brakes. It also has a rare three-speed twin high, high-low type auxiliary transmission ahead of the differential. The transmission combination allows the car to creep in a parade at marching band speed without the need to stand on the low pedal. There is an electric fuel pump to supplement the gravity feed so the car is not fuel starved when climbing mountains. The engine is a 1926 with both starter and generator. The radiator is “flat tube” which is more efficient than the original “round tube” radiator. The car has two tail lights instead of only one.
This car has toured in a variety of environments both high mountain and valley. It looks great and shows the character of a “real” T that has provided reliable service on the road. The enhancements make it a fantastic car for touring or parades.

Sorry. Posted this under the wrong topic - Roadster... Not Touring. I will repost under the correct topic.

Jack, is this the same family that is selling the 1915 Touring on E Bay? And if so, are they open to maybe coming to take a look at it in person?

And sorry, I meant the Touring for inspection, not the Roadster.
