Hate to buy an entire door and kick panel set for 1 rear door panel.
Still hopeful in finding a right rear door panel (or both rear panels).

Mike at Classtique does sell "a la carte" so you shouldn't need to buy an entire kit. I'm sure he would be willing to sell you the panel you need.

He also sells the material if you want to make them yourself, etc.
