WTB: EARLY WISHBONE

Post by Shane Lach » Wed Feb 12, 2020 2:23 pm

I'd like to purchase a junk early wishbone I can cut up for my speedster project. I really only need the threaded ends with a few inches off the back so I can build up the top portion of my split wishbone. I'd make some if I had access to a lathe but alas I do not. If you have one with a junk ball or bends not worth repairing, I would purchase it. Thanks!

Shane, I have one (actually 2). Was thinking of making radius bars. I have some Model A tie rods that are straight and may be the same thread size (I'm going to check). I got these for the same reason. If you got a design in mind - Id be interested. Frank

Shane, If frank doesn't have what you want, some snowless day take a ride down to Lang's...surely there will be some metal there that fits your needs. It's a plesant drive...if no snow.

cheers,
