1917-23 front fender FS

Post by Mark Osterman » Mon Feb 17, 2020 3:47 pm

This is a solid front right fender with braised reinforcement around the area where it connects to the running board. Not so pretty there so could use some cosmetic work with putty if you want it to look good glossy. It was pitted from years of wet stuff sitting in that area. Email for pictures. $175 plus shipping. I replaced this fender on my ‘23 runabout with another that didn’t need any filling.

Some pictures. The repair was braised but never ground down. Some filling with lead or bondo and sanding / grinding would make a difference. There is some general pitting on the upper side that would fill easily. Still a solid fender.
