If it were closer, it could live at my place. Looks like a vacum tank on the firewall?

Yes I agree, very sketchy! Look at his other items for sale on eBay. Shows a picture of a 31 roadster for 800, but the description says parts and accessories and 3 available.

Seller says they're in Los Angeles but none of the car pictures look like they were taken anywhere near LA. Caveat Emptor!

You can always send him a message and ask for a number. I see another truck behind this one. Does he have 3 for sale? If it is the whole think it would be a deal for $800

I don't think any of those photos were taken anywhere near the last decade, either. All pictures have been harvested from the internet.
If you want to see more of the truck for sale, and another one of "his" T's, just check out 2012 MTFCA thread here: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/25 ... 1333244476 Seen and posted by Mike Bender

Re: SAVE THIS TT !!
I went on his e-bay site and he has around 16 vehicles for sale and everyone is listed at $800 with $9.60 shipping and every picture is a junk yard full of cars.

Re: SAVE THIS TT !!
The eBay listing are for parts not bodies. The ad is intentionally sketchy because you want it to be the picture and not the sellers text. The shipping charge is meaningless (could have said free shipping). The pictures & $800 price is a great strategy for hooking potential buyers into contacting the seller. The quantity available, 3, is just a way to keep a single ad open after selling an item and causing a "sold" count to appear in the listing, another way to entice buyers. This seller started in eBay in Apr 22, 2019 and appears to have good Feedback reports. From some of these reports the seller appears to be selling car titles as well. And the $9.60 shipping charge may be for shipping documents. If you need a Title may be worth a call or send an message to the seller in eBay
The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Re: SAVE THIS TT !!
Personally, I would not send a dime to anyone who is offering to sell cars or parts (I read the description, too), when they are using photos harvested off of the internet and clearly have zero ownership of any vehicle or part they are supposedly offering for sale. Looking at the feedback is an exercise in reading generic non-specific words strung together in a generally favorable sounding sentence.
If he was offering real estate, he might use a photo like this:
