This is the one for a touring car. Gooseneck shape that mounts to the rear spring bolts. Putting it on my 25 Touring

Here is what mine looks like on my speedster. Just installed it. Holds a 23 inch clincher.
On your touring it will not stick out so much. Wire wheels or wood wheels?
