If it can help anyone to find it, it is also known as "Vintage Ford" May/June 2004, and on the front cover it has the front of a yellow Mercury body speedster. The rest of the car, an Indian motorcycle, and model T center-door sedan on on the back cover.
Interesting that Joe K found a volume 39 number 3 issue of "Ford Times" March 1947.
I have my one copy, but no spares. I don't think I ever had a duplicate of this one as I kept most duplicates I had of issues with cars I personally knew. Most of the duplicates I did have, I donated to a museum fund raiser a couple years ago.

I reminded myself why I stopped searching eBad for things a couple years ago. No matter how I phrased my search for "Vintage Ford" magazine, I had to look through a thousand "Life" "People" "Hot Rod" "Playboy" and dozens of other bullc### magazines for maybe 150 "Vintage Ford". If I left off the word "magazine", I got many thousands of pointless hits. Even worse, less than half way through the 1229 "hits", their system quit showing them to me. So even if there is one of what I am looking for, the odds are I won't be able to find it.
