I'll try and post engine photos this weekend. It has a EE crank , it's the best available other than a new scat.

Re: 1911 project
Ok I'll sell the car for $8,000 minus the engine. Everything is correct 1911 steering column one year only special length, Axels, frame, body, Mae west shackles, top sockets, windshield, new radiator, new hood. +
I'll take $8000 for the engine with 7 rivet pan, correct early head , completely rebuilt . The engine has to sell first.

Michael,
That is at $14,000.00 a great deal period! This economy, current virus, and other factors are against you. I really hate it for you!

Re: 1911 project
Mr. Paul, I agree with Mr. Lee about the challenges right now to selling a car. At $14K your car is a great deal. I wish it was closer to me and I wish someone would buy it so I can stop looking at the picture of it. I just made a road trip from North Dakota to Iowa and back to pick up a car, things are different out there on the road right now with this virus. Gasoline was very available though, at a good price. All the best on your sale.

Re: 1911 project
Ok, this car is still for sale, 9 had one person who committed to buy it. Promised to send a cashier's check. And now I've heard nothing!
This is a great deal. I wish everyone would stop being so pessimistic about our economy and this whole covid-19
thing.
