FS Complete Restored Set 30 X 3 1/2 Demountable Hickory Wood Spoked Wheels UPDATED Photos By Request! SOLD!
Nothing spared! Rebuilt these some years back for the wife's Pie Wagon, (We are going sailing instead) New Hickory spokes, stained, spared, polished. Hubs fellows blasted, primed, painted. Outer demountable's re-galvanized. Brand new wheel bearings, caps, etc. Tires, Universal's (4 new 1 used for the spare), new tubes, flaps, etc, Have notice very faint weather checking on the tires but these we purchased about 16 years ago. The large drums do not go with them as they go with the Rocky Mountain Brakes we are selling separately, but if you require large drums I might have some. Here is the catch..., I need to remove the engine first before removing the wheels (in about a month). $3,000.00 firm, you pick up or you schedule a pick up. You will not be disappointed. Email Only to the address provided. PM's will be ignored!

Hi Hank,
Did you have a picture how you set-up the speedo at the wheel? I have a similar kit and I'm ready to install it and I'm not sure how... Before I make some stupid mistakes, I prefer asking expert. LOL

I am no expert and in my world no one is.
But if you look carefully at the odd threaded stud, it replaces the spindle nut where the arm attaches then you mount the rest from there.
Hope this Helps,
Hank

Hank,
Do you remember what stain you used to get that color? It's a good match for original spokes.

Tim,
I use an aged oak gel stain. Then come back with mineral spirits on a rag to level out any over applied build up. Gives a deep luster. Doing multiple times will achieve quit a beautiful job! These are hickory so oak spokes will vary more and probably go darker.
Hope this Helps,
Hank
