Bob, I think I have one bu tit has the license plate mount bolted to the other hole.

Joe, I’m not using the license plate mounting hole. I want to mount one on the right side.

What you have pictured is a 1915 touring tail lamp bracket. It's missing the license plate holder/bracket.

The license plate holder bolts onto it via a threaded prong that goes through the hole and it is held in place with a castle nut.

The 1916 touring bracket is also a two-piece bracket except the license plate holder is riveted on.

Google the forum and you will see some examples.

Just cut the license plate bracket off the touring holder. That’s what I did. They are plentiful. Don

More details. I’ll use the one I have on the left minus the plate holder. I’m looking for another one to use on the right minus the plate holder. It’s for a Speedster.
