Those are great carbs, They are one my top five list of great T Carbs.
#1. All around best. Stromberg OF
#2. Best for zoom. U & J
3. Best for quick acceleration, trouble free, excellent all around Zenith s4BF
4. Second only to Stromberg OF for best all around. Rayfield UF
5. We can argue about it all day but I would pick the ..................

OK, to complete #5.
I would have to pick the Mayer which is smooth operating, a little fussy to adjust but operates on the same principal as the Kingston 5 ball. Most of them are not very rebuildable because of the spring steel plates that hold the little balls in position. Either NOS or not rusty inside is hard to find but they were popular in the day and still are.

Maybe Mike will reproduce the choke setup. This is the first Rayfield design I've seen. Several years ago we reproduced the choke setup for the U & J. I think we did 30 brass castings. I'm about out, I dunno if Mike has any left or not.
