That car is spectacular. What an absolute credit to you. I do wonder what the "up there" price for something like that would be.

Re: Wanted: Boat Tailed Speedster
Frank, I saw that speedster that's in Hemmings way back last Fall. Pretty cool, and I'm not really a speedster fan. And that
warehouse, holy crap does it have a LOT of cool expensive cars in it.

Re: Wanted: Boat Tailed Speedster
I like the ones I have seen that uses the bow of a boat turned around. One of the member's here has one. If I was building a boat tail, that is what I would do! LOL
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

There's a fellow in the NWVS Club that used an early Ford V8 hood for the back end.

Re: Wanted: Boat Tailed Speedster
You also see boat tails made from a paired up set of 1940's rear fenders, (make & model of your choosing).

Re: Wanted: Boat Tailed Speedster
Yup, this is a great car. There are a lot of "boat tail" speedsters out there but very, very few original ones. You could not build or buy a recently built car for the price of this one. Everyone has a new speedster but very few have a period one.
