WANTED, N.O.S. Steering Gear Drive Pinion T-3519, 4:1

Just as the title says, I am looking for a N.O.S. Steering Gear Drive Pinion, 4:1 ratio (T-3519) just like the one in the photo shown below (stolen from the internet without permission and credited to Dan Treace).
