Steve, looks like its got all "the stuff" it needs to be functional, especially if you say it regulates the water dripping good. That's all it needs to do is drip on the carbide so long as there's a hose attached to it, and it looks like I see the fitting there for it. Unless I'm missing something....

It needs the large O ring that seals the pressure between top and bottom tanks. The bottom tank was rusty at the bottom and had pin holes after sandblasting. So to be dependable I would replace the bottom tank if I wanted to use it. May hold pressure with an O ring but I wouldn't count on it. Good for show though. Lots of work and money invested. Steve
