Good luck! They usually swell and crack. We made copies several years ago, which are available from Langs, only for the Jno. Brown lamps.

Exactly what Larry said! This is something you WILL have to buy new or make. 99% of Used ones will be broken when removed. The other 1% may fail in use. It’s sort of like looking for “good used” babbitt thrust washers...

Leo Gochek. I don’t think I got the name right, but someone may know who I’m talking about. He made those wedges at one time.

If you have a good example.., cast them from lead. Easy to make a mold from jewels clay. They will hold fine and not break the glass. Just saying.

In some of the other brands of lamps this piece was made from sheetmetal. Simple to make.

Mario,

Email me. I have two styles for you to borrow (both are new and not used). One style is what you are showing and I have another style with very little wedge sides.

Hi Steven,

I'm so happy, you make my week. I sent to you an email with my address as well. Again, it is so appreciated. I will follow the tips of HANK and reproduce them with cast from lead.
