By “close style setup”, I imagine you mean “pre-‘26 narrow style pedal? There are 4 styles: Lettered (pre-‘15). Ribbed (‘15). Plain for non-starter hogshead (‘16-‘19). Plain for hogshead with starter provision (‘19-‘25).

If you have provisions for a starter, you need to use the ‘19-‘25 low pedal or the eyelet won't clear the bendix cover.

The eyelet on the starter style pedal comes down on more of an inward angle than the non-starter style.

I'm looking for the 19 --25 one.
I believe I have it located locally.also thanks to Bob for your input
